Code of Conduct
Our commitment to a respectful and inclusive environment.

EuroSys 2026 is an ACM-sponsored conference and adheres to the ACM Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities. All participants, including organizers, speakers, volunteers, and attendees, are expected to abide by this policy.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or any other attribute. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate language and imagery, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Reporting

If you experience or witness a violation of the code of conduct, or have any other concerns, please contact the General Chairs. Contact information can be found on the Organizing Committee page. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.

You can also report violations directly to ACM by contacting advocacy@acm.org.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
